All merchants who process credit card transactions are required to be PCI compliant. If you do not complete the process, you will be billed a monthly non-compliance fee. In addition to the monthly fee, if there is a breach at your merchant location, your business may be liable for fines and fees levied by the card brands, as well as the cost of a forensic audit.

An approved scanning vendor, (ASV), is certified by the PCI Security Council to perform system scans on any internet-facing systems used to store or process credit cards transactions. The scans are designed to test the systems to ensure that there are no vulnerabilities which could lead to a data breach.

Once the processing app is downloaded to the smartphone, transactions can be processed. Transactions can be keyed in, or swiped through a mobile card reader.

Credit card payments can be processed anywhere you are, simply by using your mobile phone.
What is a Virtual Terminal?
A Virtual Terminal allow you to process using your computer. This is an inexpensive option for merchants who do not have a card physically present, and who do not want the added expense of purchasing a terminal. The Virtual Terminal can be accessed anywhere that you have an internet connection, making it a very portable option as well.
Will we be trained on how to use our new equipment?
Training is done when the equipment is installed. Ongoing support is available through our technical support department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is processing equipment provided free?
We offer processing equipment at extremely low prices. In some cases, equipment may be loaned at no cost for seasonal or special events.
When will my payments be deposited?
Most deposits are made within two business days of settlement.

How long will it take for my account to get set up?
